Ingredients:  
1 lbs. lean ground beef
1 medium onion chopped
1 egg
1 cup bread crumbs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
soup can of milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients together; roll into balls (size your preference).
Brown in a greased skillet. Drain on paper towels.
Place in 1 to 2 quart baking dish. Mix soup and milk. Pour over meatballs.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on size and quantity of meatballs. Good idea to stir a time or two to rearrange.

Gravy great with rice, noodles or mashed potatoes. These can also be cooked in a crockpot.
