1 lbs green beans, trimmed
3 cloves garlic
Kosher salt
1 Tbs soy sauce
1 Tbs grated peeled ginger
2 tsp rice wine vinegar
1 Tbs vegetable oil
½ tsp Asian sesame oil
1½ tsp sesame seeds, toasted

Directions:
Directions:
Bring a 6 qt pot of water to a boil-add 1 tsp of salt.

Add beans and cook uncovered, until just tender 6-7 min. DO NOT OVER COOK

Drain in a colander and plunge into an ice bath.

Drain beans and pat dry.

While beans cook, mince and mash garlic to a paste w/pinch of Kosher salt.

Stir together garlic, soy sauce, ginger, vinegar and oils in a large bowl.

Add beans and toss. Serve sprinkled with sesame seeds.

Preparation time 15 minutes. Serves 4
