1 roasting chicken
1 can Labatt or other light beer

Preheat grill

Rinse chicken. Open the can of beer and stuff it in the chicken’s cavity.
Set over grill for 45 minutes to 1 hour until a thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the breast registers 165°.

Remove from grill and let set for 10 minutes. Carefully remove beer can, carve and serve.

*Only 1/2 of the beer will evaporate so be careful not to spill the remaining beer when you remove the chicken from the grill.
