Salt
Garlic powder

Directions:
Put milk and butter in a large pyrex measuring cup and melt together to where butter is mostly melted, taking care to not overheat (this will separate milk solids- not good).
Peel, chop and boil 10-12 potatoes.
Drain well. Put through a potato ricer, or mash really well. Add the warm milk/butter and season to taste.
It absorbs fast! It takes more liquid and salt than you think.
