Ingredients:  
1 cup flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3 oz. margarine
2 T. syrup
1 egg
pinch of salt
¼ cup raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, salt and baking powder together. Rub margarine into flour mixture. Blend eggs and syrup together, and add to dry ingredients. Place in heaps on greased tin and bake 20-25 minutes in moderate oven. (325º).
