1 package yellow cake mix
1 package lemon jell-o (small)
cup apricot nectar
⅔ cup oil
2 teaspoons lemon extract
Beat above ingredients together.
Separate 4 eggs
Add egg yolks one at a time.
Beat the 4 egg whites in a separate bowl and beat until fluffy, fold into mixture.

2 cups of powdered sugar
cup lemon juice

Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Make icing while cake is cooking. Spread icing on cake while hot.
