Cooking spray
Shredded potatoes
12-18 large eggs (scrambled with a touch of milk)
2c Mozzarella cheese shredded
2c Colby jack cheese shredded
Diced: 1 lg onions and 2-4 lg bell peppers
2# pork sausage (browned and drained and seasoned with garlic, onion powder and greek seasoning,
Can add the following as optional:
Jalopenos
Mushrooms
Diced tomatoes
Fire roasted tomatoes
Cream of mushroom soup (straight from can)
Cream cheese and sour cream
Broccoli
Ham
Bacon

Crock pot or roaster, or dutch oven
Crockpot
Cooking spray
Layer the following:
Shredded potatoes,
eggs (scrambled with a touch of milk)
Mozzarella cheese shredded Colby jack cheese shredded
Diced onions and bell pepper,

Can add the following as optional:

If busy morning make the night before and let the crockpot do the cooking on low and wake up to breakfast ready to go.
If cooking in a dutch oven in home oven bake at 350 for 40-60 min or until cheese melted and not soupy looking.
If cooking with charcoal: 25 charcoal briquettes 17 on top with 8 on bottom (remember you'll need fresh ones for refreshing) 45-1 hr. Until cheese is melted and it's not soupy.
