1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (or Velvetta)
1 small clove garlic, minced or mashed
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. catsup
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed Cheddar cheese soup

Salt and pepper to taste
Toast slices or hamburger rolls - split

Directions:
Directions:
In a frying pan over medium-high heat, crumble beef; add onion and garlic and cook until meat has lost its pinkness.

Discard any fat. Reduce heat and add cheese, mustard, catsup and soup.

Stir over ow heat until cheese is melted and blended.

Add salt and pepper. Serve over toast/roll.
