1 lb. 93/7 ground beef
1 medium to large onion, diced
1 stalk of celery, sliced
29 oz. can of tomato sauce
14.5 - 15 oz. can of petite diced tomatoes
15.5 oz. can dark red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
15.5 oz. can Great Northern beans, drained and rinsed
32 oz. beef broth
10 oz. bag shredded carrots
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. dried Italian seasoning
½ tsp. garlic salt
1½ c. of Ditalini
salt and pepper to taste

Preheat Crockpot. Dice onion and celery. Brown ground beef, celery and onion on stove. Once beef has been browned add to heated Crockpot. Add all ingredients to Crockpot except for pasta. Cook on high for 6 hrs. Once time is up add dry pasta and cook for an additional 30 mins.
