2 lbs. Carrots
1 lg. Onion
3 Celery Stalks
48 oz. Chicken Broth
1 c. Water
2 T. chicken bullion base
1 stick of butter
16 oz. Egg Noodles
1 tsp. Dried Thyme
Salt and Pepper to taste
Morton® Nature's Seasons to taste
1 lb. Chicken or Plain Rotisserie Chicken Breast (Optional)

Chop Carrots, Celery and Onions to a medium dice. Add vegetables, butter, chicken broth and water all to Crockpot. Cook on high for 6 hrs. Add egg noodles, salt, pepper and Nature's Seasons to taste. Crush dry thyme in hand and sprinkle in. Cook an additional 20 to 30 mins until noodles are done. If un cooked chicken is used it must be cooked with vegetables. If rotisserie chicken is used add with noodles. Both types of chicken must be shredded.
