4 jalapeņo peppers stemmed
4 cloves of garlic
1 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
1 tbs coarse salt
1 tbs dried oregano
1/4 cup lime juice
1 1/2 lb skirt/ flank steak

Directions:
Directions:
Combine garlic,jalapeņo peppers, pepper, salt and oregano on a blender. Blend until smooth
Place steak in large resealable plastic bag and pour in the marinade. Make sure the entire steak is covered then seal bag airtight and let marinade in the fridge for up to 24 hours ( longer it marinades the more flavour )
Cook steak either in lightly oiled cast iron skillet or an outdoor grill on high 5 minutes per side or to preferred doneness Discard the rest of the marinade .
