4 C hot water
1 C powdered milk
1 C sugar
3 Tbs yeast
1 C melted butter
5 beaten eggs
6 C flour
1 Tbs salt
2 Tbs dough enhancer
More flour

Directions:
Directions:
Add ingredients in order, mixing after each one. After the dough enhancer is added, beat for 2 minutes in Bosch with wire whips on speed 1. Remove whips and put on dough hooks. Mix in about 6 more cups of flour on speed 1. Dough will begin to pull away from the sides of the bowl and come together. Add 1/2 C more flour and put lid on and mix for 5 minutes on speed 2. Place dough in a large bowl. Raise until double in size. Shape into rolls and place on cooke sheets or muffin tins. Raise again until double in size. Bake at 350º for 12-20 minutes, depending on pan size and number of rolls.
