1(15oz) can of small white beans, drained and rinsed thoroughly 1(15oz) can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed thoroughly
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1/4 cup tahini
Juice of 2 lemons
1 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (if desired)
1/8 tsp ground white pepper
1/4 cup cold water or more if needed
1/3 cup olive oil (drizzled in slowly while machine is running)

Directions:

Put all ingredients in food processor until thoroughly puréed Transfer finished product to container cover and chill until served
