1-1/2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
5 tablespoons Melted Butter

7 Eggs, Separated
1-1/2 cups Sugar
1-1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
16 ounce (1 pound) Cream Cheese
1-1/2 pints Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Line a 10 inch spring form pan.
Whip egg whites. Beat together egg yolks, sugar, vanilla, cream cheese and sour cream. Fold in beaten egg whites. Bake in 300 F oven for 1 hour. Turn the oven off for half and hour. Open the oven door and another half hour, before removing the cake.
