3/4 CUP CIDER VINEGAR
SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE

BOIL SAUCE INGREDIENTS UNTIL SUGAR DISSOLVES.
LET COOL.
 

DRAIN BUT DO NOT RINSE:

1 CAN PINTO BEANS
1 CAN BLACK BEANS
1 CAN BLACK EYED PEAS
2 CANS SHOE PEG CORN
4 OZ.CHOPPED PIMENTOS
4 OZ.CHOPPED GREEN CHILES
1 CONTAINER SALSA

ONE CUP EACH CHOPPED:
GREEN PEPPER
RED PEPPER
YELLOW PEPPER
ONION
CELERY

COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS, ADD COOLED SAUCE.
