1¼ cup cooking oil
1½ cup sugar
3 eggs
3 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cup white raisins
3 cup raw apples, chopped
1 bag walnuts
1 bag pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Beat oil, sugar and eggs.
Gradually add flour, soda,salt and vanilla.
Cook raisins in 1 cup of water, drain, then ass to batter.
Add apples , walnuts and pecans.
Grease and flour a tube pan.
Pour batter into pan.
Place on center rack in cold oven.
Set oven temperature to 330º F.
Cook for 2½ hours.
When cake begin to brown reduce heat to 300º F.

While cake is baking mix 2 tsp powder sugar and 2 tsp milk to make the glaze.

Drizzle top with glaze while hot.
