Polish dumplings


Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
2 C. Graded White Potatoes
2 C. Flour
2 Eggs

1 lb. Diced Bacon- fried

Directions:
Directions:
Start a large pot of boiling water with salt.

Mix potatoes, flour, and beaten eggs together.
When water comes to a full boil, add teaspoons size dumplings into the water.

Start frying the bacon, When the bacon becomes crisp, take off the heat.

About the time it takes to fry the bacon crisp the dumplings will be done.

Drain dumpling and return to pot, add fried bacon to mixtures, maybe a little of the grease, too!

EAT!!
