2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. lemon juice or more if you like quite sour cream (you can use bottled lemon juice)
1 c. creamed cottage cheese
Directions:
Directions:
place milk, lemon juice and cottage cheese in a blender and process
until smooth. Or beat hard with a hand held rotary beater until mixture
is smooth and creamy.
Homemade sour cream will keep several weeks refrigerated in a glass
jar with a good lid.
