2 cups swiss cheese, cubed
1 can (12.5 oz) chicken
2 tbsp. Mrs. Dash seasoning
c. mayonaisse
English Muffins

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and then spread on English muffin halves. Heat in oven at 375F for 10 minutes.

When I was in college my roommates and I would take turns cooking dinner for everyone in the house. Donna introduced us to these chicken melts and they were a big hit! It was a recipe she had tried from a Saturday morning foraging of Costco food samples. It is quick and tasty. Something the kids will love as well.
