1 onion, minced (don't have to use this much)
1 tsp. minced garlic or garlic salt
2 c. broccoli (or 1 ½ c. frozen)
1 9 inch pie shell
1 ½ c. mozzarella cheese
4 eggs, well beaten
½ tsp. pepper
2 T melted butter, divided

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Over medium heat, melt the butter and add onions, garlic, and broccoli. Cook slowly until veggies are soft.
Spoon into crust and sprinkle with cheese.
Combine eggs and milk; season with salt & pepper. Stir in melted butter. Pour egg mixture over veggies and cheese.
Bake a 30-50 minutes or until center has set

*You can add cooked chopped bacon or ham.
