Ingredients:  
Pheasant legs and thighs--cover with water and add
2 cans Chicken Broth and water to cover bird.
Salt and Pepper
2 t. Mrs. Dash Original flavor or to taste
1 t. poultry seasoning or sage (optional)
1 Onion coarsely chopped
3 to 4 Carrots, sliced to ¼ inch
2 ribs Celery, sliced to ¼ inch

Simmer all at least 2 hours depending on age of bird. Remove bird and debone. Cook noodles or a combination of white and wild rice. Add all back to broth and reheat.
