¼ cup of oil
2 tbsp margarine, melted
1 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
¼ tsp pepper
5 medium potatoes, with peel, cut into wedges

In large bowl. mix everything together. Pour into shallow baking pan. Bake at 400º for 40-45 minutes, stirring several times until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
