Shank ham
Ginger snap cookies; crushed fine
Brown sugar
Brown mustard
Bourbon

Directions:
Directions:
Trip fat off ham. Coat ham with brown mustard. Press on brown sugar. Spritz with bourbon and coat with cookie mixture. Cover ham in foil and bake at 350º. Prepare sauce with cookies, sugar, mustard and bourbon. Heat sauce to use for dipping.
