1 chicken cooked, deboned
chicken broth
1 big bag of Fritos
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can enchilada sauce
½ lb. grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Lightly crush the Fritos. Spread approximately three-quarters of the crushed chips evenly across the bottom of a casserole dish.
3. Layer the shredded chicken over the chips.
4. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese evenly over the chicken.
5. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, enchilada sauce, and enough chicken broth to equal 1 quart total. Stir until well blended.
6. Pour the soup mixture evenly over the casserole.
7. Top with the remaining crushed Fritos.
8. Bake for 30–40 minutes, or until hot, bubbly, and fully heated through.
