1 chicken cooked, deboned
chicken broth
1 big bag of Fritos
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can enchilada sauce
lb. grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Crush Fritos, place on the bottom of casserole. Place the chicken on top of the Fritos. Next, sprinkle cheese all over casserole. Mix soups and enchilada sauce with broth to make 1 quart. Pour over cheese. Sprinkle top with remaining Fritos. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
