2 T. Margarine
½ small onion
½ c. Macaroni
1 tin Tuna
1 T. Flour
½ c. Soy milk
½ c. French fried onions

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni in a pot of salted water for 5 min. & drain. Cook thinly sliced onion in margarine until caramelized, about 8 min. Add flour and stir. Add soy milk and stir until thickened. Add tuna and macaroni to mixture. Put into prepared small casserole dish, add fried onions to the top and cook in a 350º oven for 30 minutes. Makes 2 servings.
