1 1/4 C flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 1/2 C quick oats
1 C butter
1 C creamy or chunky peanut butter
1 C sugar
1 C firmly packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. In med bowl stir together flour, baking powder and soda, and salt, and oats. Set aside. In lg mixer bowl with mixer at med speed, beat butter and peanut butter until smooth. Beat in sugars until blended, beat in eggs and vanilla. Add flour mix until well combined. Shape into 2" balls. Spread apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with fork to about 3" round. Bake 15-17 min or until golden. Remove from cookie sheet, and cool. Store in tightly covered container.
