1 lb. large shrimp
1 button garlic, ground
1 medium onion, chopped fine
bell pepper, chopped fine
1 stalk celery, chopped fine
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 pt. mayonnaise
1 tsp. sugar
Juice of one lemon
Dash of Tobasco sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cook shrimp in shrimp boil until done. Drain and allow to cool before roughly chopping.

Whisk together mayonnaise and cream cheese until smooth (use electric mixer). Mix in all other ingredients, and refrigerate at least 8 hours, or overnight.

Serve with crinkle cut potato chips.
