3 eggs 1 T water 2 c brown sugar ½ t salt 9.5 oz. pkg.(1½ c) orange slices (candy) cut in fourths 1 ⅓ c coconut 1 c chopped pecans 2 c flour
Beat eggs with water; add sugar and salt. Mix candy, coconut, nuts, and flour; stir into egg mixture. Spread in greased (or Pam sprayed) 9x13" pan. Flour pan lightly. Add about 1 T flour and tap and shake pan to spread. Cookies tend to stick to pan. Bake 18-20 min. at 375º F. Cool and cut in bars. Could dust with powdered sugar (optional).
