1 28-oz. container diced tomatoes, drained
1/4 c. canned sliced jalapenos, drained
1/4 c. diced white onion
2 tbsp. fresh cilantro
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1 tbsp. lime juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor or high-speed blender.

Pulse briefly until all of the ingredients are mixed.

Make sure not to over-pulse into a smooth puree.

Eat at room temperature or store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to one week.

For savory garlic salsa, add 2 tbsp. chopped garlic. For pineapple salsa, add 1/3 cup crushed pineapple, drained.
