4 EGGS
2 C. COLD MILK
3/4 C. SUGAR
1/2 C. ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1/4 C. BUTTER
DASH OF SALT
1 TSP. VANILLA
1 C. COCONUT

Directions:
Directions:
COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS IN A BLENDER AND TURN TO HIGH SPEED AND COUNT TO 10 SLOWLE. TURN OFF BLENDER AND POUR INTO A WELL GREASED 10 INCH PIE PAN. BAKE AT 350 FOR 35-40 MINUTES. INSERT A KNIFE INTO THE CENTER OF THE PIE AND THE PIE IS DONE WHEN THE KNIFE COMES OUT CLEAN.
