2 T ghee or oil
1 lb pork sausage
1 t dry rubbed sage
1 t dried thyme
1/2 t garlic powder
1/2 t pepper
1/2 t sea salt
1/2 c shallot chopped
1 c bell pepper
8-10 oz mushrooms
2 T sun dried tomatoes chopped
1 1/2 c nut milk
10 eggs
Optional 10 oz greens
Nutritional yeast to eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Saute veggies in oil or ghee until soft. Add sausage until cooked. Spray oval casserole and add veggies and sausage to that.
In bowl, mix eggs, then milk. Whisk until combined add Nutritional yeast. Add to casserole.
Put on rack of slow cooker and cook on low 8 hours or high 3-4.
