1 chicken, baked, boned and diced
1½ cups chopped celery
1½ cups chopped green pepper
½ cup chopped onion
1 can sliced water chestnuts
¾ cup real mayonnaise
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp salt
3 tsp lemon juice
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
Pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients, reserving ½ cup cheese for topping. Put into large casserole dish. Bake for 15 minutes at 450º
