1. 10 chicken thighs
2. 3 c. small shrimp
3. 3/4 c. onions, diced small
4. 3/4 c. celery, diced small
5. 4 tbs. oleo/butter
6. garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Remove bone from chicken. Pound with a saucer or meat mallet until thin. Mix together shrimp, celery, onions, butter and garlic salt. Place approximately 1 large tablespoon of shrimp mixture on chicken, roll as you would a jelly roll and fasten edges with a toothpick. Store in refrigerator overnight.

Roll in flour and deep fat fry as for fried chicken.
