•2 cups Rice Cooked or 2 pkgs. of Rice(boil-in-bag)cooked
•1 Owens Hot sausage
•1 lb. Ground Turkey or hamburger
• Tony Chachere's & Black Pepper
•1 pkg. Green onion(chopped)
•½ to 1 cup onion (chopped)
•3 Ribs/Celery (chopped)
•2 TBS Curry Powder
•1 Can cream of mushroom soup
•2 to 3 TBS Olive oil
•Top/Garnish: Ro-tel or hot sauce

In LARGE POT: Brown your meats and season with Tony Chachere's and Black Pepper (drain, set aside).
*Cook Rice, while rice is cooking:
Use Same Large Pot: Sautee green onions, onion and celery with a 2 to 3 TBS olive oil. Once sautéed/turn stove off then ADD rest of ingredients:
Combine meat, rice, with sautéed veggies in Big Pot
ADD can of cream of Mushroom soup & 2 TBS of curry Powder. Stir/Mix well.
Top with: Ro-tel or Hot sauce to individual bowls
