2 cups elbow macaroni
1 lb Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
2 cups sour cream
¼ cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook elbow macaroni until cook al dente.
2. Drain and place in a 2-quart casserole.
3. Add cheese, sour cream, butter, and salt. Mix well.
4. Combine bread crumbs and melted butter and sprinkle over macaroni.
5. Bake at 350°F. oven approximately 30 minutes.
