Ingredients

1 pkg. (1/4 ounce) active dry yeast
¼ cup warm water
1 cup warm 2 % milk
¼ cup sugar
½ cube of butter
1 tsp. salt
1 egg, lightly beaten
3 ½ to 3 ¾ cups all purpose flour

Filling
1/2 cup sugar
½ cube melted
2 tbs. of frozen orange juice concentrate

Glaze
1 cup powdered sugar
1 Tablespoon butter, softened
½ tsp. almond extract
4-5 tsp. 2 % milk

Directions
In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in water. Add the milk, butter, sugar,
salt, egg, and 3 cups of flour. Beat until smooth. Stir enough remaining
flour to form soft dough.

Knead dough on a lightly floured surface until smooth and elastic, about
6-8 min. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about an
hour. Roll out like cinnamon rolls, place filling inside and bake at 350 for 12
min. Then glaze when still warm.
