Ingredients:  
1/2 lb fresh mushrooms
2 T onion, diced
6 T butter
1 1/2 T flour
14 oz can chicken stock
1/4 C cream
1 egg yolk
2 T parsley, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion, and mushrooms butter over medium low heat for 5 minutes. Add flour, and continue cooking for another 3 min. while stirring. Add the stock, and and simmer over low heat for 15 min, or until thickened. Beat egg, and whisk together with cream. Slowly add to mushroom mixture, and heat well, and stir in parsley at the end. Can save some parsley as garnish.

Makes 2 1/2 C
