"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

12 eggs, beaten
Little Smokies, or turkey sausage
Carton of chive cottage cheese, or plain
pinch cream of tartar

Directions:
Beat eggs and cottage cheese together in blender with cream of tartar. Put Little Smokies in bottom of 13x9 plan, pour egg mix on top. Cook at 350 for about 40 minutes, or until eggs are set.
I worked with Marlene in LCC Registration, and she served this for every pot luck. Everyone liked it. I started making this every year for Christmas brunch. Imagine my surprise finding this in Mom's recipes. Over the years I learned the secret of the cream of tartar making this fluffy. This part was not on their recipes.
