2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup cornflakes or quick cooking oats
4 tbsp minced onions (dried or fresh)
1 tsp prepared mustard
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 lbs lean ground beef

Optional: additional ketchup, 4 tbsp minced bell pepper, or 1/4 cup brown sugar

Directions:
In large bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients. Crumble uncooked beef over mixture and mix well.

Press into 12 foil-lined or greased muffin cups. Bake at 350 for 25 mins or until meat is no longer pink. Drizzle with ketchup if desired.
