1 lb Velveeta, cubed
1 C Old El Paso thick n chunky salsa
or 1 can Rotel tomatoes with chilis (optional instead of salsa)
2 T chopped cilantro (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Microwave, and stir well until combined. Stir in cilantro at the end. Serve with tortilla chips, and veggies.
