1 9" unbaked pie shell (use one from pastry recipe)
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup strained cooked or canned pumpkin
1/2 tsp nutmeg 1/4 tsp cloves
1 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ginger 3 eggs
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger and salt with the pumpkin and milk. Beat 2 eggs and 1 egg yolk well and add. Beat one egg white stiff and fold in. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake in 425 degree oven for 45 minutes
