4 cups flour 1 egg
1 lb crisco shortening 1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt Cold water
1 tbsp vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg slightly in measuring cup, add tbsp of vinegar then fill cup to 3/4 full with col water. Rub shortening into dry ingredients, add cold liquid gradually stirring with fork. As dough is fairly sticky, place on a sheet of wax paper, then work with hands until it holds together. Store in fridge in plenty of wax paper.

Makes 4 single pies or 2 single & 1 double
