1/2 pack (4 oz) softened cream cheese
1 c. and 1 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. sugar
1 8 oz tub Cool Whip - thawed
1 Honeymaid graham cracker crust
1 16 oz. can pumpkin
2 packages (4 serving) vanilla instant pudding

1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
--> or 1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin spice

Directions:

1. Mix cream cheese, 1 tbsp. milk, sugar in bowl until smooth. Gently stir in half of Cool Whip and then spread into crust.
2. Mix 1 c. milk, pumpkin, vanilla pudding, and spices. Gently layer on top of cream cheese mixture.
3. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Garnish with remaining shipped topping. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
