32 oz Snappy Tom tomato juice
Lg pkg lemon jello
3/4 C Spanish olives, sliced
1/2 Lg onion, minced
1/2 lb shrimp
3 C diced celery
1 1/2 tsp Knox gelatin

optional: carrots, cucumbers, cabbage

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle gelatin and jello (or substitute with just 4 pkg Knox) over 1 1/2 cold water. Heat with tomato juice to finish dissolving gelatin, and stir constantly until mix comes to a boil. Remove from heat, add remaining ingredients, and pour into mold. Chill in refrigerator until firm.
