Pam spray
1 c.uncooked Minute rice
1/4 tsp.Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp.garlic powder
1 1/2 c.hot chicken broth
10 oz. cooked broccoli
3/4 c. Durkee onion rings
1/4 c.Parmesan cheese
1 lb.fish filets ( your choice)
salt and paprika to taste
1/2 c.shredded cheddar

Directions:

Spray a 9 x 13 pan with Pam. Sprinkle in 1 cup minute rice. Add Italian seasoning, garlic powder and the chicken broth. Cover with foil and bake at 375 for 10 minutes. Remove and top with cooked broccoli, onion rings and Parmesan cheese. Place the fish fillets on top of the rice and broccoli mixture. Sprinkle with salt and paprika. Cover and bake for 20-25 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with the shredded cheddar cheese and bake for another 5 - 10 until the cheese is melted.
