1 Cup Long-Grain White Rice (uncooked)
1 (10 oz.) Can Condensed French Onion Soup
1 ( 10 oz.) Can Beef Consommé
1/2 Cup (one stick) Butter (sliced)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425º
2. In a 9X9 baking dish, stir together the rice, soup and broth.
3. Arrange slices of butter over the top and cover dish tightly with foil.
4. Bake 30 minutes, remove foil and bake 30 minutes longer.
