8 oz. elbow or small shell macaroni, cooked
12 oz. can of evaporated mil
1 1/2 cup of whole milk
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
dash pepper
2 large eggs beaten
2 10 oz. bricks sharp cheddar cheese, grated, about 5 cups
dash of paprika
1 lb. grated Velveeta for top

Directions:

Mix cooked macaroni, evaporated milk, milk, butter, salt, pepper, eggs and all of the grated cheese and mix. Top with grated Velveeta and bake in a buttered 9 x 13" dish or aluminum pan. for about 50 min. should be browned and bubbly. Not soupy.

I made this for Hailey's birthday. she had a Doughnut party at the clubhouse where I live. Heather got float toys in the shape of doughnuts, a doughnut cake and we played doughnut games. (Don't ask me I have no idea what they were.) There were about 10 girls and some Mom's. This was her 7th birthday. Where has the time gone?
