2 1/2 C old fashioned oats
1 C shredded coconut
1/2 C almonds, slivered
1/2 C sesame seeds
1/2 C shelled sunflower seeds
1/2 C unsweetened wheat germ
1/2 C honey
1/4 C cooking oil (could substitute coconut oil)
1/2 C dried apricots, chopped
1/2 C raisins

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl combine oats, coconut, almonds, sesame and sunflower seeds, and wheat germ. Combine honey and oil. Stir into oat mixture. Spread out in 13x9 pan. Bake at 300 degree oven until light golden brown. 45-50 minutes. Stirring every 15 min. Remove from oven, stir in apricots and raisins. Remove to another pan to cool. Stir occasionally during cooling to prevent lumping. Stir in tightly covered jars, or plastic bags.
