8 medium sized potatoes, peeled and quartered and boiled
8 oz cream cheese
8 oz sour cream
lb butter
Garlic salt
Grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mash potatoes, adding cream cheese, sour cream and butter. Flavor with garlic salt. Use a mixer for creamier potatoes. Put into a buttered casserole dish. Add the cheddar cheese on top. Bake 1 hour at 350. This may be prepared ahead of time, refrigerated overnight and then baked the next day.
