Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Up to 3 lbs of chicken breast, butterflied or cut 1" thick
8 oz of lemon juice
2 Tbsp of normal table salt
1 tsp of ground black pepper (add more if you like it more peppery)
½ tsp of minced or powder garlic

Directions:
Directions:
In a 1 gallon Ziplock bag, mix the salt, garlic, pepper, and lemon juice. Throw it all in the bag, zip the bag shut, and throw the bag around until it is all mixed. Next, add the chicken to the bag, zip it shut, and toss it around until all of the chicken are coated. You can immediately start grilling. You can use the left over mix in the bag to baste the chicken and keep it moist. Doing so will increase the lemon flavor. Serve on a plate, on buns as a chicken sandwich, or cut up in salads.
